Each saving is against extra hours at $5 an hour. Bigger plans also run more answers at once.

• Pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months up front, in one payment: 3 months save 5%, 6 months 7% and 12 months 10%. A plan never renews by itself: we remind you before it ends.
• Each month starts with the plan's full hours. Hours left at the end of a month do not carry over.
• Switch plans at any time. The new plan starts at once, and the old plan's unused hours, including months not started yet, stay in your balance as extra hours.
• Buy the same plan again to add months to it.

• The clock starts when your session is ready, and time is billed per minute. Setup time is free.
• The session runs while you use it, until you end it or your hours run out.
• If you send nothing for 20 minutes, the session ends by itself and the minutes it did not use stay in your balance. To keep it running anyway, turn on Keep my session running in Settings.
• Each session is billed at least 15 minutes, or all the minutes you have left when that is less; after that, every started minute.
• If we cannot prepare your session, nothing is charged.
• If a problem on our side interrupts your session and we cannot recover it, the minutes you could not use go back to your balance.

A subscription renews every month by itself, and you still hit caps and usage limits, your chats go into training their models, and refusals stop you from getting the answer you need or finishing the work. With nonex you pay for hours: no caps, private chats, straight answers. Extra hours never expire, and a plan is paid up front for the months you choose and never renews by itself.
