Acceptable use policy

You are responsible for how you use nonex and for what you do with its answers. Use it lawfully and do not use it to hurt anyone. We do not filter answers for these rules, so following them is up to you.

These rules apply to the app and the API, and to everyone who uses your account or API keys. Asking through fiction, role-play, a hypothetical or another person does not make a forbidden use allowed.

You may not use nonex for, or to help with:

• Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, including stories and drawings, and any content that grooms, sexualizes or exploits children.
• Sexually explicit content of any kind, including erotic stories and role-play. nonex is not an adult-content service.
• Content that sexualizes a real person, or intimate images or deepfakes of a real person made or shared without their consent.
• Developing, making, getting or using biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or weapons, including explosives, meant to cause mass casualties.
• Planning, promoting or supporting terrorism, violent extremism or violence against people.
• Creating or spreading malware, ransomware or exploits, or attacking, breaking into or disrupting systems, networks or accounts that are not yours and that you have no written permission to test.
• Fraud and scams, such as phishing, impersonating people or organizations, forged documents, fake reviews or money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, stalking or doxxing people, or pushing anyone to harm themselves or others.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other rights, including collecting or using other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Spam, influence operations or disinformation campaigns, or passing off AI-written content as human or real where that misleads people in a way the law forbids.
• Deciding on people's employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, health care or legal status from answers without review by a qualified person.
• Evading sanctions or export controls.
• Anything else that breaks the law where you are or where we operate.

You may also not:

• Bypass our limits, payment checks, billing or security, or try to find or reach the servers behind nonex.
• Attack, overload or scan nonex, or automate the app beyond normal use. Use the API for automation.
• Sell, rent or share access to your account or API keys, or offer nonex itself as your own service. Building your own product on the API is allowed if your users follow these rules too.
• Create accounts in bulk or with bots, or create accounts to collect invite rewards for yourself.

You are responsible for anything made with nonex that you publish or send to others. Check it, respect other people's rights, and say that it was made with AI wherever the law requires.

If you see nonex used against these rules, write to support@nonex.ai with anything that helps us find the account. Never send us illegal material itself, such as sexual images of minors; describe it instead.

We act on reports and on what we can see without reading chats, such as payments, account activity and usage patterns. If we believe these rules were broken, we may warn you, limit features, stop a running session, suspend or close the account, refuse payments and cancel invite rewards. Hours on an account closed for a breach are forfeited as far as the law allows.

Where the law requires it, or where someone's life or safety is at serious risk, we report to and cooperate with the authorities and may give them the information we hold about the account.

Breaking these rules also breaks the terms of service. If you believe we acted in error, write to us and we will review the decision.
